2020-2021. Community-Based Eco-Planning in High Dry Regions-Parts 1&2. Jon was invited by the editor of the Indian Journal of Landscape Architecture to contribute two articles on his work consulting with the United Nations Environment Programme in Afghanistan from 2009-2016. Jon chose this publication because India and neighbouring countries also have high elevation semi-arid landscapes to farm and manage sustainable where his “eco-tech” methods would be useful.
