Design Process
While the depth and extent of effort and time required will depend upon client needs and information available, the overall process is much the same:
1. Understand, prioritize and document external opportunities and constraints,
2. Understand, prioritize and document internal opportunities and constraints,
3.Create a vision for a desirable future based upon values, mission, goals and risk profile along with a wish list of key elements for creating it,
4. Give integrated, sustainable form to that vision, or at least the first stages, in terms of “hardware: (built features), “software” (human resources and management programs) and “Bioware” (living plants and animals),
5. Create a road map or plan, itinerary, budget and travel schedule forward,
6. Evaluate progress and revise course as needed.
